简历：　

魏思乐，男，汉族，湖北随州人。矿产普查与勘探专业，石油地质研究方向，主要包括油气储层成岩演化和非常规页岩油气富集机理等内容。主持湖北省自然科学基金青年基金一项，参与各石油企业横向项目多项，在石油地质期刊发表SCI学术论文5篇，参加AAPG石油地质年会（ACE）和AAPG国际会议（ICE）2次，获武汉英才优秀青年人才荣誉称号。

研究方向：

油气储层成岩演化。表征非常规页岩储层孔隙，探讨高演化海相页岩有机孔成岩及其演化过程，明确硅质来源及自生石英类型，讨论有机-有机相互作用对页岩储层的控制作用；明确碎屑岩成岩演化阶段，厘清成岩事件及成岩序列，探讨成岩演化对储层改造的影响。

非常规页岩油气富集机理。综合有机和无机地化手段，恢复泥页岩沉积环境；以高压甲烷吸附实验和数值模拟为基础，明确页岩气赋存机理，阐明页岩游离气与吸附气动态相互转换机理。

工作及教育经历：

2010年09月-2014年06月，获中国地质大学（武汉）资源勘查工程专业工学学士学位；

2014年09月-2020年08月，获中国地质大学（武汉）矿产普查与勘探专业工学博士学位，导师何生教授；

2020年09月-2021年09月，曲靖市自然资源和规划局土地储备中心工作；

2021年11月-2023年12月，69中文字日产乱幕六区，博士后，合作导师胡明毅教授；

2023年12月-至今，69中文字日产乱幕六区，讲师。
